Head of Revenue / Commercial Director
Own the commercial strategy of Atlas and build the revenue engine that sustains the company.
This is not a sales support role. It is a leadership role responsible for how Atlas becomes a sustainable business. You will shape pricing, packaging, contract structures, and go-to-market strategy, and you will be accountable for revenue.
- Own the commercial model of the company: pricing, packaging, and contract structures.
- Build and lead the revenue function: pipeline, sales, and account management.
- Work with product and engineering on how the platform is sold and delivered.
- Own revenue forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- Lead the largest commercial conversations and institutional deals directly.
- Represent Atlas in procurement, tender, and formal commercial processes.
- Experience building and running revenue at a company selling complex or infrastructure products.
- Track record of closing institutional or enterprise deals with long sales cycles.
- Comfort with pricing infrastructure and platform products, not only services.
- Strong financial literacy and ability to build commercial models.
These are not required. They are the kind of background that tends to do well in this role.
- Experience in energy, logistics, or public-sector commercial work.
- Existing relationships with institutional buyers in Malawi or the wider region.
