Most questions are answered below. If yours is not, write to us.
Signing in, verification, and account access.
I did not receive my verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, request the verification email again from the registration screen. If it still does not arrive within a few minutes, email support@atlasintelligencemw.com from the same address you registered with and we will confirm your account manually.
I cannot sign in.
Confirm you are using the email address you registered with and that your password is correct. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. If you are still blocked, contact support and include the email address on the account.
My account appears to be locked.
Accounts may be temporarily locked after repeated failed sign-in attempts. Wait a short period and try again, or contact support to have the lock cleared. If you believe your account was accessed without authorization, treat it as a security issue and email privacy@atlasintelligencemw.com immediately.
I need access to a different organization or tenant.
Access is granted by the organization that owns the tenant. Ask an administrator in that organization to invite your account. If you are not sure who to contact, email support with the name of the organization and we will connect you with the right party.
Creating an account and setting up your organization.
My organization is not listed during registration.
Select the option to register a new organization, or email support with your organization's name, country, and the intended use so we can assist with onboarding.
My registration was rejected.
Registrations may be declined where the requesting party is not authorized to act for the organization, or where additional verification is required. Reply to the notification you received, or email support, and we will explain what is needed.
How do I add a colleague to my organization?
Administrators can invite users from the organization settings in the Command Center. Choose the appropriate role so the new user only receives the access they need.
I am not sure which role to select.
Roles control what a user can see and do. If you are uncertain, choose the most limited role that still allows the user to do their work, and adjust later. Support can help if you need guidance for a specific team.
Working with intelligence, forecasts, and operational views.
I do not understand a prediction or risk indicator.
Atlas is designed to explain its outputs. Open the item to view its supporting data sources, assumptions, contributing factors, and confidence. These are shown where the implementation supports them. If something is still unclear, email support and include the item's identifier.
A forecast or indicator looks wrong or out of date.
Intelligence quality depends on the quality, completeness, and timeliness of the underlying data. Check whether the relevant data feed is current. If the issue persists, report it to support with the affected item and, where possible, a screenshot.
How do I export or share intelligence?
Use the export or share controls on the relevant item if your role permits it. Sharing of intelligence outside your organization may be subject to your organization's own policies.
The platform seems slow or unavailable.
Atlas aims to be continuously available, but services may be briefly interrupted for maintenance. Retry after a short wait. If the issue continues, contact support and describe what you were doing when it occurred.
Account security, data isolation, and privacy requests.
I think my account was accessed without authorization.
Change your password immediately, then email privacy@atlasintelligencemw.com so we can investigate. Please do not include passwords or sensitive data in your message.
How is my organization's data isolated?
Customer environments are logically separated through tenant-aware architecture and access controls. Data is processed within the scope of your organization's authorized environment and applicable agreements. See the Privacy Statement for details.
How do I make a privacy request?
Privacy-related requests, including access, correction, and deletion, can be sent to privacy@atlasintelligencemw.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Write to us directly. Every message is read.
Email support@atlasintelligencemw.com with the following, and we will respond within one business day.
- The email address on your Atlas account
- Your organization name, if applicable
- A short description of what you were trying to do
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened
- A screenshot, if the issue is visible on screen (please redact any sensitive information)
Requests involving suspected unauthorized access are prioritized.
Bring connected intelligence online in weeks, not years.
We begin with a focused engagement on one operational domain, proving traceable, explainable intelligence end to end, then scale the architecture across the wider network.
Scoping
Define the domain, data sources, and decision owners.
Deployment
Connect signals, calibrate models, stand up provenance.
Operations
Live intelligence, weekly briefings, capability transfer.
