Where Atlas processes personal information on behalf of an organization through an Atlas platform, that organization may determine the purposes and means of processing. In those circumstances, Atlas may act as a data processor on behalf of that organization.

Customer data does not become Atlas corporate data simply because it is processed or stored through an Atlas platform.
